Kyle joins us this year as our Vicar from Concordia Seminary. Kyle is a native of Texas who started out as an aerospace engineering student at Texas A&M University. However God changed Kyle's life in his Freshman year and he transferred to Concorida University in Austin to begin his theological studies From there Kyle transferred to Concordia - Portland where he earned his BA. While working in the summer as a camp counselor in Oregon Kyle met his wife Beck and they were married in 2008. Beck earned her Master's degree in Clinical Counseling from Washington University in St. Louis in December 2010. Kyle says what he has learned over the past decade is to keep his eyes open to the possibilities and directions God places before us. |

John Wittmayer, Director of Music Ministries John Wittmayer currently serves as the Director of Music Ministry at Salem Lutheran Church, a position he has held since 1995. His duties include overseeing, planning and leading music programs for the church and school. John earned a Bachelor’s degree from Valparaiso University and a Master’s degree from University of Missouri-Kansas City. John is married to his beautiful wife, Karen, and they have a wonderful daughter, Jennifer. |

Susan Jones, Church Office Secretary Susan was born and raised in St. Louis, and attended Salem through her grade school years. In 1969 she was confirmed by Pastor Krentz & graduated. Susan is the mother of two beautiful girls, Jessica, who lives with her family in High Ridge, and Sondra, who went to live with her Heavenly Father in 1992. She is also the proud grandmother of 3 wonderful granddaughters and 2 very handsome step-grandsons. After working 9 years at a Church Secretary position, Susan came to Salem. She feels being Church Secretary has been her calling. Not only does she love her job, Susan enjoys seeing and meeting all the people and loves being able to do work for God. Susan says she has some mighty big & loving shoes to fill, being the daughter of Millie Bell, who was Salem School secretary for 25 years. |

Kristina attended Drake University, playing basketball and volleyball, and graduated in 2005 with a degree in Psychology and Business. Before coming to Concordia Seminary here in the fall of 2007, she was a social worker for Lutheran Social Services of Illinois and a youth director at Christ the Rock LCMS in Rockford, IL. Kristina is now also heavily involved in the Affton Food Pantry. Kristina is married to Nathan. They were married at Concordia Seminary, St. Louis, and currently reside in South St. Louis. Kristina’s parents, Rev. David and Jeanette Meggers, still call Rockford home, while her older brother Phil serves as a teacher at Concordia Lutheran High School in Omaha, NE. |

Kristi Woods, Finance Coordinator Kristi and her family moved to St. Louis in 1987, at which time she became a member at Salem. She was confirmed and graduated from Salem in 1993. Kristi and her husband Shane were married in May 2001, and are blessed with two beautiful children, Madelyn and Joseph. Kristi loves her job as the Finance Coordinator and feels very blessed to be working for the church. |

Pam Moellenhoff, New Member Ministry Pam hails from Seymour, Indiana. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Education from Concordia - Ann Arbor and she also holds graduate credits from the University of Cincinnati. Pam has taught full time for 10 years, and part time for 13 more. Prior to serving Salem, Pam taught at Trinity Lutheran in Port Huron, Michigan and Concordia Lutheran in Cincinnati. During her time at Salem she has subbed and taught middle school for 9 years. Pam believes Salem is special because “it's a family and everyone cares about each other. Each person is an individual, not a number.” Pam has two children: Kyle (Salem Class of ’08) who is a freshman at Lutheran South and Erin who is in 4th grade at Salem. In her spare time Pam enjoys being with her kids, reading, quilting, cross-stitch, crochet, weaving baskets, and watching Indiana basketball |
